Iraqi militias use gay chatrooms to find victims to kill
“It is the easiest way to find those people who are destroying Islam and who want to dirty the reputation we took centuries to build up,” says Abu Hamizi, 22, who spends at least six hours a day trolling gay chatrooms for victims to kill.
Over 680 LGBT people have been murdered in Iraq since 2004, 70 of which were murdered in the past five months.
